The Celt Pub is a fantastic pub in Dublin, Ireland. The Celt is located in the north side of Dublin and is a short walk away from The Spire of Dublin monument. If you are looking for a true authentic Irish pub experience this is the place to go! It's a pub that is loved by locals as well as tourists. The Celt is so cozy, fun, and inviting that anyone will feel right at home! A great place to experience local charm, delicious traditional Irish comfort food, and live Irish music by very talented local musicians.
The Celt has a wonderful menu full of Irish classics like Beef and Guinness Stew, Bangers and Mash, Beer Battered Fish n Chips, etc. We enjoyed delicious Braised Venison shank, The Celt's Irish Lamb Stew, and for dessert a Cranberry Bread and Butter Pudding. Check out The Celt's Pub food & drink menu. The food is great and so is the atmosphere! There is live music at the pub every night which completes the true Irish pub experience. Shout out to the awesome musicians (Banish Misfortune) that were performing while I was there!
The Celt is definitely the ultimate Irish pub experience! It is a low-key and friendly gathering place that brings people together. The videos below truly capture the feel of this wonderful pub. It's definitely one of the best places for a great night out in Dublin! Many have heard of the Temple Bar area with the many pubs and restaurants in downtown Dublin but it can be super crowded and touristy sometimes especially on the weekends. If you are not a big fan of crowds or touristy places, know that there are many great pubs, including The Celt, that are still in downtown Dublin but are just outside the nightlife hotspot area.
