In the middle of the Ouachita mountains in Watson, Oklahoma there are cabins that are perfect for a nice relaxing stay in beautiful nature. Perfect for any season, and great for a family retreat or a couple’s romantic getaway. There are several cabins, all have a different layout, size and location. Whether you’d like to be near the river, up high on the hill overlooking the river valley, or out in the middle of the woods. You get to pick.
The cabins are fully equipped with shower, jetted tub, bath towels, and a full size kitchen with cookware and tableware, etc. Canoes and bikes are included with your stay. If you stay in the fall or winter there is plenty of firewood available for the fireplace or fire pit outside. Speaking of outside, enjoy hiking the trails or stargazing at night. River's Edge is seclusion at its best which also means that the cabins have no TV and there are no restaurants or large stores nearby. So, make sure to bring all the food and drinks, games, electronics you may need. (Don't worry, there is free Wifi)
It’s a wonderful experience to get away from all the busyness and just sit and relax on the porch of a cabin in the Ouachita mountains. All you can hear is the sound of the wind, the river, and birds. So peaceful.
