Mullet Bay Beach is a beautiful beach on St Maarten. Gorgeous white sand and calm clear Caribbean blue water. Mullet Bay is a public beach located between Maho Village and Cupecoy, and is right by the Mullet Bay Golf course. It's the perfect beach if you prefer a little bit more of a serene atmosphere.
If you're staying at the Sonesta Maho Beach or Sonesta Ocean Point Resort, this beach is about a 15-minute walk away from the resort. (Read more about Maho Village in my previous post) Check out the gallery at the end to see the view of Mullet Bay Beach from the Sonesta Ocean Point Resort.
The ocean is calmer here than Maho Beach. It's a great alternative when lots of tourists flock to Maho Beach on cruise ship days to watch airplanes. Mullet Bay Beach is always very chill. It's a nice mix of locals and tourists. You may see private catamarans dock here for a few hours and that's a cool sight to see.

I love Mullet Bay Beach. It's the perfect calm escape. When Maho Beach gets busy on cruise ship days or I just want a day away from the resort and all the tourists, I go to Mullet Bay Beach. It is also very picturesque! A great location for family photos or honeymoon pictures.
