For all the aviation enthusiasts looking for a weekend getaway, the Aviator package at the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta airport hotel is a great idea. The hotel is located at the busiest airport in the world, Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport and gives the opportunity to watch airplanes right from your hotel room balcony with a full view of the runways. It's absolutely amazing to watch the ballet-like motion of ATL as the entire airport almost moves as a living and breathing organism.

The Delta museum is easy to spot because of the huge Delta Boeing 747 parked right by the main entrance. The museum shows a lot of the history of Delta. The Boeing 747 is open to visit and explore and so is a Boeing 767 model from the eighties. It will take you straight back to the days when airplanes had the big leather seats and the ashtray in the armrest. There is also a Boeing 737 flight simulator for the ones who'd like to try to fly a plane. Before heading out, the gift shop is a great place to buy unique aviation souvenirs.
The Renaissance hotel is part of Marriott and so it offers the expected service and amenities like any Marriott. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the Delta museum and it only takes a few minutes to get to the museum from the hotel. Enjoy room service, a drink at the bar, or a swim in the pool.
